ServFaces One Cut Polishing Paste 250ml
ServFaces ONE Cut is a silicone-free polish for professional reconditioning of lightly to moderately scratched painted surfaces in one step. Thanks to its special high-performance abrasive particles, the polish is also ideally suited to scratch-resistant clear coats. It quickly removes medium surface scratches and sanding from grit P2500 or other similar signs of use with a high-gloss and hologram-free finish. ONE Cut is ideally suited to the quick preparation of painted surfaces, such as the preparation of used sales vehicles. Thanks to the integrated sealing components, it additionally protects the paint surface, which is why no further work step is required.
Properties:
- Grinding grade: 8.0
- Gloss grade: 11.0
APPLICATION
Apply servFaces ONE Cut evenly to the surface to be worked on and polish using a rotary polishing machine with a servFaces medium cut or fine cut polishing sponge (for grinding from grit size P2500) in a crosswise motion at medium speed and medium pressure. For processing with an eccentric polishing machine, please use a servFaces medium cut or fine cut polishing sponge. To remove polish residues, it is best to use a microfiber cloth such as the servFaces Premium Buffing Towel.
TIP: For dark and sensitive paint surfaces, you should use a free-running eccentric polisher. For optimum results, the polishing sponges used have to be of an open-cell, fine to medium cell structure, as otherwise the abrasive particles in the polish will not break down and therefore not produce a hologram-free finish.
Note: Make sure you apply the correct amount. Using too much polish can result in sanding marks, as the abrasives then take too long to break down and therefore you will not achieve a good finish. Please note that the ONE Cut is not suitable for paint preparation before applying paint coatings!
Caution: Do not apply the product in direct sunlight and do not let it dry!
NOTES
Shake well before use. Check for suitability and compatibility before use. Do not apply to hot surfaces and protect from excessive heat and frost.
